Looking for a rewarding experience with an organization committed to changing can’t to can for children with autism while improving their quality of life? Volunteers interested in long-term commitments will be required to submit a background check. All volunteers must be at least 18 years old to volunteer.

The Village at Castle Pines Fine Art Show Event Support Volunteer – June 14^th, 15^th and 16^th

Firefly is looking for approximately 10 volunteers to help with set-up, registration, clean up and other general support for our Village at Castle Pines fine Art Show fundraiser June 14, 15 and 16 at the Village of Castle Pines. Friday, June 14 volunteers are needed from approximately 4 – 8 p.m. Saturday, June 15 we’re looking for volunteers between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 16 we’re looking for volunteers between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. To see details about the event, click here.

Inclusion Assistant (Early Childhood Program) – June 20 – July 30, 2013

Firefly Autism is seeking approximately 3-4 volunteers to provide assistance to Early Childhood Instructors during our Summer Inclusion Program. Responsibilities include activity set-up, creating materials, supervising children in group activities, and organizing classrooms and materials. Inclusion volunteers may also be given essential classroom duties and responsibilities as assigned. Volunteers are asked to commit to consistent day(s) for a minimum of three hours during either the morning (8:30-11:30) or afternoon (11:30-2:30) session.
