How to get started with our services

If you are a new client

The first step to start services with us for any program is to do an initial intake over the phone. The purpose is to understand your child's needs and discuss service options. To start the intake process, please call 303-759-1192 or email info@fireflyautism.org

Following the intake, we will assign you to a member of our clinical team, who will conduct an initial informal assessment with you and your child. The assessment period is an opportunity for us to get to know your child's strengths, needs and potential areas of focus, as well as your family's goals, for your child. We will ask you to complete an Intake Packet prior to the assessment (please see the "Forms and Information" section on this page.)

During or after the assessment, we will recommend services for your child. Clients interested in pursuing services will complete the admission process.

If you have completed the initial consultation and are interested in outreach services, please complete the request for Outreach Request Form (please see the "Forms and Information" section on this page.) Mail or fax it back to 303-759-1194.
