Home-Based Services Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time & Part-Time

We are seeking BCBA’s to join our team in providing quality behavior analytic services to clients in Denver and surrounding areas. This position requires the BCBA to be available on evenings and/or weekends and would be part-time and could potentially lead to a full-time position.

The job requires the BCBA to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for insurance companies, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, report on treatment plan objectives and attend bi-weekly meetings at our office.


Job Requirements

  • Participate with Initial Consultation and Assessment
  • Conduct Assessments
  • Write reports including but not limited to: Observation summaries
  • Initial Consultation Reports
  • Assessment Summaries
  • Treatment Recommendations
  • Create Treatment Plans to include but not limited to: Acquisition Programs
  • Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Aggregate Data for Treatment Plans
  • Create visual representative of data weekly
  • Provide direct therapy
  • Collect data
  • Update visual summaries
  • Review progress of Treatment Plans, and visual summaries on a minimum of quarterly basis with:Senior Consultant
  • Family
  • Home Team
  • Supervise all home team members when applicable: Case Managers
  • Senior Therapists
  • Therapists
  • Conduct Parent Training




  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Master's degree, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis



  • 1-2 years experience working as a BCBA consultant in the autism or developmental disability field preferred, but the right candidate will be considered
  • 1-2 years experience in supervisory capacity working within the field of ABA preferred, but the right candidate will be considered.
  • Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
  • Experience writing behavioral objectives and report writing



Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Full-Time & Part-Time

Behavioral Technicians work in homes with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual.  Behavioral technicians focuses on a variety of areas:

  • Following daily routines
  • Independent living
  • Anger management and self-regulation
  • Building appropriate relationships/interactions with family members
  • Increasing effective communication skills
  • Appropriate peer relationships


Primary Responsibilities

  • Working with children to increase positive behavior
  • Basic data collection
  • Daily notes and a monthly report
  • Implementation of behavior strategies
  • Assist parents and team members with behavior strategies
  • high school diploma and/or college degree, 2 plus years experience working with behavioral clients, preferably children
  • must be 21 years of age or older
